Parking card for people with disabilities

People whose disability causes them reduced mobility, being able to park, on the public highway, in the places indicated by signs, i.e. marked with the sign H1a - authorized parking, complemented with the additional panel of model 11d, may take advantage of this card. The card must be placed in the front windshield of the vehicle carrying the person with disabilities so that it is visible from the outside (Decree-Law Nº. 307/2003 of December 10). The card is issued by the Institute of Mobility and Land Transport.​​
