Does ANSR have customer service?

​The National Road Safety Authority does not make contact hours to the public on their premises.

The onsite citizen service is provided at the PSP District Command offenses Section or the Office of Citizen Assistance District Command / Traffic Detachment of GNR, between 9h00 am and 16h00, whose addresses can be found here regardless of other means of existing contacts, Call Center and email.

NRSA's mission​ is nationwide planning and coordination in order to support the Government's policy on road safety as well as the implementation of the road administrative offenses law.
