Pursuant to art. 84 – Prohibition of the use of certain devices – of the Highway Code, it is prohibited to use sound receivers and radiotelephone apparatus unless equipped with a headset or microphone with speakerphone system, whose use does not involve continuous handling. The use of mobile phones equipped with two headsets is prohibited.
